Privacy

We can't leak what we never collect.

Our privacy policy is short because our software doesn't gather your data in the first place. Here is exactly what that means.

1

Nothing leaves your device

Our apps, including Theorem, Lemma and Akshar, contain no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporters that phone home and no advertising IDs.

When you read a book or write a note, zero bytes about it are sent over the internet.

2

Your files stay yours

Highlights, notes and reading history live only on your own storage, in open formats like Markdown and SQLite. We run no servers that hold your library or your thoughts.

3

Our websites

fundaments.work, theorem.fundaments.work, and read.fundaments.work are static files served through Cloudflare. They set no tracking cookies, run no fingerprinting and load no third-party behavioural scripts. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

The Theorem site asks GitHub's public API for the latest release number, so the download buttons stay current. That request goes from your browser to GitHub and carries nothing about you beyond what any web request does.
